What is something that has happened to you because of your show?

• I’ve been able to connect with a lot of awesome people that I didn’t know were out there. 
• It made me discover a lot of talent and potential. 
• It has blown my mind with awesome connections and the people I interview. I get to learn new perspectives on things. 
• I’ve been able to interview people that I thought were beyond my reach. 

What are some ways you’ve gotten better over the years you’ve been podcasting?

• I think in terms of how I deliver my message. 
• How I’m able to interact and speak with other people through a microphone.
• Embracing perfection is the core thing. It’s okay to make mistakes. 

How do you grow your audience? 

• Get yourself out of the formula and pull yourself apart from everything you create and devise. 
• Your show has to be about your audience. 
• Do your research and make a list of the things that they need or want to know. 
• Be consistent, pre-plan your content and release your episode consistently. 

How do I get value from your show?

• The ability to connect with other people. The one-on-one conversations have really helped me to know people both as professionals and as individuals.
